You will support retirement residences and drive HR initiatives through a hybrid work model with on-site presence three times a week. Under the Aspira Retirement Division, the HR Business Partner plays a pivotal role across 6 to 7 retirement residences in East GTA. This position reports directly to the Director of HR Business Partner and is essential for progressing HR practices, handling daily inquiries, and enhancing frontline operations. Candidates will engage deeply with HR policies and programs to support staff effectively.
