You Should Know That What youll be doing Support the Store Manager to deliver a seamless customer journey from eye test to frame selection and dispense. Along with supporting the SM in daily team leadership, you will take full ownership of the store two days a week. Keep the appointment book running smoothly and ensure every customer interaction feels easy and enjoyable. Coach and support your team to deliver great service, every time.
