Location 100 Queens Quay East, 9th Floor, Toronto Number of Openings 1 Pay $57,700.00 - $95,516.00 Job Overview This is an onsite role supporting the Chief Marketing and Digital Officer and Vice President, Digital Channels during a unique and transformative time at the LCBO. Reporting to the CMDO, you will provide confidential, accurate, and efficient administrative, technical, and operational support, including coordinating meetings, managing schedules, developing presentations, responding to inquiries, proofreading documents, and administering daily operations. Responsibilities Submit agenda items and gather supporting documents for Audit, Governance and Board meetings, observing deadlines. Prepare internal and external business documents, communications, and presentations, compiling information and researching responses. Proofread documents for spelling, grammar, clarity, and tone. Plan, coordinate and facilitate departmental meetings/workshops/events, attend, and transcribe meeting minutes. Coordinate all travel arrangements and approvals, including meals, transportation and accommodation. Process requisitions and invoices, review and track expenses, and log all credit card purchases monthly. Support departmental budget process. Help with new team members onboarding process. Partner with other Executive and Administrative Assistants within the LCBO. Be flexible to take on other administrative responsibilities, team projects and ad-hoc projects as assigned. Qualifications Postsecondary diploma or degree. 5+ years of experience providing support services to multiple senior leaders in a corporate environment. Organizational and timemanagement skills to manage conflicting deadlines and multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment. Superior attention to detail. Effective verbal and written communication skills at all levels of the organization, including senior levels. Intermediate knowledge of computer processing, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Oracle and SharePoint, with a high skill level in creating engaging and visual presentations. Ability to research, assess complex topics or options, and make sound recommendations. Understanding of budget reports and their preparation.
