We help them grow. Not just spend. About the Role Were searching for a Director of Integrated Planning who lives and breathes our Media Done Right philosophy. In this pivotal role, youll deliver bold, integrated media strategies that dont just check boxes, they drive real business growth. Youll lead and mentor a tight, highperforming planning team, blending sharp insights, datadriven thinking, and creative flair to craft campaigns that truly move the needle. Youll also play a critical role in client leadership, owning relationships, managing scope, and ensuring work is delivered strategically, efficiently, and with impact. Your Impact Drive the show in strategic media planning, with a strong emphasis on digital. Back bold recommendations with sharp data, and shape seniorlevel relationships with clients, agencies, and media partners. Partner closely with clients to understand scope, priorities, and business objectives, while sparking innovative tests with the digital team in pursuit of breakthrough results. Be more than a planner. Be a trusted client leader. Own daytoday client relationships, manage expectations and scope, and ensure work delivers against agreed objectives. Lead, mentor, and develop a tight, highperforming planning team by coaching talent, balancing workloads, and fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and excellence. Own deadlines, nail deliverables, and make every meeting count. Champion digital strategy internally and externally, ensuring teams stay ahead of the curve. Proactively identify outofscope opportunities and translate them into incremental value and revenue. Take charge of budgets, steward client investment responsibly, and collaborate crossfunctionally to keep performance and financials tight. Represent the agency with confidence and credibility. Build relationships with industry leaders to stay on top of trends and innovations and turn insights into actionable strategy. Assist with pitches and RFPs, present with authority, and guide clients through campaign results, highlighting performance metrics with clarity and impact. Personify integrity, ownership, and hustle in every interaction. Ensure clients and partners experience the Epitaph difference, sell the vision with conviction, and help elevate the agencys reputation through strong leadership, disciplined execution, and exceptional client service. What You Need 8+ years in media, including agency roles 5+ years in digital media Leadership experience with high-performing teams Strong client communication and presentation skills Expertise in integrated planning, digital performance, branding, and analytics Proficient with agency planning tools Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills Skilled in media research and data resources What You Bring Embody Epitaphs entrepreneurial, curious, and collaborative spirit Outstanding communicator, verbal, written, and in the boardroom Master multitasker, thriving under pressure with agile time management Proactive, hands-on, always a few steps ahead Genuine team player, building bridges across disciplines Customer-service mindset and flexible in the face of ambiguity Financial savvy.
