Position Overview Maternity Leave Coverage: We are currently seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Analyst (BA) to manage the roadmap for our Salesforce instance. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of planning and managing development sprints in accordance with a strategic roadmap. As a senior business analyst for the TECh team, you will manage a roadmap for all critical capabilities to be introduced into Salesforce that supports the directtoconsumer channel. The successful candidate will have indepth knowledge of Salesforce at an admin level. Description As an senior business analyst for the D2C Salesforce instance, you will: Own and support the development roadmap for the Salesforce instance. Organize and manage development sprints to deliver key features that advance the business. Report on development progress and sprint outcomes to our business stakeholders. Support requirements definition for more complex initiatives. Support BAU case delivery. As a problem solver on the team, you will: Solve complex challenges with a team of passionate business owners, rolling up your sleeves to develop and execute creative solutions. Explore your curiosity by probing, asking, and digging in to better understand our customers and business partners. As a delivery lead , you will: Define a tangible product roadmap and actively own and be responsible for the product backlog, prioritizing based on feedback and value. Manage and prioritize a backlog of user stories. Drive customer value and help reduce customer and sales representative effort. Regularly refine and adjust the backlog to reflect accurate scope, effort, and priority as it becomes available from stakeholders. Balance expectations and remove business and roadmap impediments. Assist with QA and functional testing of requirements. Aid in the preparation and delivery of platform demonstrations and effectively handle technical questions. Qualifications Proven experience as a senior business analyst managing the development roadmap for Salesforce. Strong knowledge of Salesforce at an admin level. Experience in organizing and managing development sprints. Excellent communication skills for reporting progress to stakeholders. Problemsolving ability to tackle complex challenges. Ability to define and prioritize a product backlog and deliver backlog results. Experience in QA/funct testing and delivery lead responsibilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
