Drive underwriting excellence at AXA XL as the Underwriting Manager specializing in Construction and Energy accounts across Canada. Lead a dedicated team while ensuring profitable growth and superior service. This role is pivotal for leading profitable production and underwriting activities from retail brokers within Canada. As the Canadian Team Lead, you will set strategies and create business plans for Construction Property, Casualty, and Energy coverages. Your expertise will guide the team in maintaining compliance and improving operational efficiency.
