Account Consultant (Sales & Marketing) OSL offers an uncapped commission structure and a signing bonus after two months. Bell Canada delivers worldclass entertainment and communication services to residential, business, and public sector customers across Canada. What OSL Direct offers Competitive base pay, a car allowance, and a lucrative uncapped commission structure that can total up to $80,000$90,000 per year and more depending on performance. Top performers make close to sixfigure incomes. Paid car allowance; access to a vehicle is required. Tools for success: smartphone, tablet, business cards, Bell branded clothing, ID badge, Salesforce CRM. Training in Bell products and services. Job shadowing. Responsibilities Using marketing strategies, including kiosk events, presentations, and facetoface canvassing, drive the sale of Bells full suite of residential products to customers in apartment and condominium buildings. Build and maintain positive relationships with building stakeholders (e.g., superintendents, property managers, resident managers) to ensure Bell services are presented to all prospective residents. Deliver a bestinclass customer experience as an ambassador of the Bell brand. Use Salesforce CRM to assist with territory and funnel management. Key Qualities Ambitious selfstarter with an entrepreneurial mindset. Outgoing people person who enjoys interacting with others. Expert in time management, evaluating priorities, and accomplishing goals. Motivated by rewards; unlimited earning potential through an uncapped commission. Team player. Experience in sales, customer service, and/or marketing is an asset. Reliable access to a personal vehicle and a valid drivers license. Ability for frequent travel across the region as required.
