Lead the dining experience at Assiniboine Park and Zoo as the Director of Operations for Food & Beverage. Focus on maximizing resources and ensuring top-notch service and operational standards. In this pivotal role reporting to the VP of Hospitality, youll implement a strategic Food Services vision while managing budgets and overseeing event execution. Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Management team to enhance guest experiences while controlling inventory and maintaining high service standards.
