Job Description We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, bilingual, and committed to providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Answer customer inquiries (phone, email, in person) Take and process customer orders Perform invoicing (English and French) Classify and organize invoices and documents Provide product information and basic support Maintain customer records in the CRM system Handle transport and customs documentation Coordinate with production and logistics teams Requirements Experience in customer service or office work Bilingual (French and English) required Strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable with computers and office software Knowledge of bingo or gaming products (asset)
