Position Summary The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer is responsible for designing, developing and testing RPA workflows and supporting the implementation of the RPA solution. Works closely with the RPA Business Analyst to document process details and business requirements. Works closely with the business in implementing and testing the solution, as well as maintenance and change control of existing artefacts.Major ResponsibilitiesTimely delivery of the assigned automation (including reporting)Responsible for the quality of the assigned automationBuild relationships with key stakeholdersCoordinates with Business Analysts and Technical Lead in translating business requirements to RPA solution deliverablesProvides guidance and assists with process design from automation perspectiveResponsible for creating and maintaining process documentationResponsible for estimating automation durationTest and QA RPAs before passing to internal stakeholdersOptimize queries and RPA performance to acceptable standardsTroubleshoot production RPAsEnsure documentation standards are maintainedAdhere to Seapeak change control and RPA request proceduresProvide support to first-line RPA support teamProvide recommendations and feedback on RPA design and scopeOccasionally, work outside of normal business hours to accommodate your internal customersSome international travel may be requiredRequirements (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)5 years of relevant experience in Robotic Process AutomationExcellent programming/software development backgroundSkilled at maintaining documentation, code migration between environments and bug fixingProactive problem solver and strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex requirements and define technical/functional solutionsExcellent communication and customer service skills, both verbal and written, to explain technical aspects to business people and relevant stakeholdersWell organized and able to work effectively with others. Able to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner, with minimum guidance or promptingProactive, dependable and positive attitudePrevious experience working with UiPath RPA technologyPrevious experience in application or implementation support domainCompensationThe typical hiring range for this position is $85,000 $110,000 CAD per year.
