You will ensure that enterprise strategy efforts centre member needs, advance financial sustainability and business objectives, and deepen and scale impact.You will provide enterprise leadership acrossEnterprise Strategy, Mergers and Acquisitions, Innovation, and Government Relations & Policy Engagement , working closely with the Executive Leadership Team, Board, and external partners to translate strategy into action. This role has a strong internal lens acting as a connector across functions and ensuring strategy is lived, not just articulated alongside an important external lens, building Vancity''s brand presence and profile through engagement with existing and prospective partners.This is aFulltime, Permanentrole based at our Vancity head office and will report directly to theChief Strategy Officer . The base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications, skills, previous experience, and internal equity.
