The opportunity This is a people-facing, onsite role focused on the real moments that shape work across our hospitality, real estate, development, and senior living. What You Bring to The Role Experience: you are an experienced HR generalist who has provided hands-on advice, guidance, and support to both managers and employees across a broad range of HR functions. Genuine interest in HR: you have a real curiosity and care for the work itself and the impact of HR decisions - not just a job for the sake of a job. HR application: you apply employment legislation, policies, templates, and processes consistently. Highly relational and approachable : you are warm, genuine, and trusted. Judgment and reasoning : you thoughtfully assess situations, consider context and impact, and balance empathy with obligations. Reliability: you meet commitments and are trusted to complete work independently. Influence: you support and encourage consistent, fair people practices without formal authority.
