Senior Distribution Manager | 100K | GTA (100% on site)Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage daily distribution and logistics operations across warehouse and transportation functionsDevelop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levelsOversee inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping processesEnsure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standardsMonitor key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiativesCollaborate with procurement, production, and customer service teams to ensure seamless supply chain operationsManage relationships with third party logistics providers, carriers, and vendorsLead, coach, and develop a team of supervisors and operational staffIdentify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure business continuityPrepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and operational reportsERP integrationQualifications:Strong experience in distribution, logistics, or supply chain management (minimum 10-15 years)Proven experience in a leadership role within a distribution or warehouse environmentStrong knowledge of inventory control systems, transportation management, and warehouse operationsExcellent leadership, communication, and problem solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environmentExperience with ERP integration is a mustBachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
