Your role will involve minor carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and the upkeep of mechanical systems in a dynamic environment. As a Maintenance Generalist, you will report to the Senior Facility Manager and play a crucial role in maintaining facilities. Your responsibilities will include tasks like changing filters, conducting water tests, and assisting trade staff. You will work in various mechanical and electrical areas, ensuring they remain functional and clean. Key Responsibilities: Unplug and fix sinks, toilets, and drains Replace light bulbs and ceiling tiles Conduct water tests for boilers and treatment systems Change filters in multiple systems Clean and maintain mechanical rooms and maintenance shop Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent Certificate in Fire Alarm System monitoring Strong commitment to maintenance tasks Ability to work collaboratively with trade staff Willingness to learn and adapt in a professional setting Bring your skills in maintenance and repair to The Centre and contribute to a thriving workplace. #J-18808-Ljbffr
