Job Overview To support the development, implementation and oversight of tactics, campaigns and initiatives as outlined within the annual retail strategy, revenue growth programs and customer experience/retail agency plans for all FedEx retail location types and automation platforms across Canada. Ensure volume and revenue goals, as well as retail agent and customer acquisition, retention and satisfaction goals, are met. Provide support in the analysis and development of recommendations for channel marketing opportunities and problems, and utilize optimization techniques to enhance retail agent and customer value and continuous channel improvements. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Post Secondary: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing or Strategy & Planning. - Minimum four (4) years of professional/analytical business experience in Marketing, Sales, Finance, Engineering, FedEx Operations and/or retail experience at Sr. Specialist or management level preferred. - In Quebec, must be bilingual in English and French. - Solid knowledge of Project Management, Data Analysis, Retail POS and Cash Flow Management & Procedures. Eligibility and Requirements - Must be able to operate in a PC Windows environment, complete mandatory training and accreditations, and work varying shifts based on business needs. - For positions requiring driving: valid drivers license (Class 5, G, or 1[AZ]) and a driving record with two or fewer violations and/or accidents in the 24 months prior to the date of application.
