Become an integral part of Ford of Canada as an Engine Test Analyst, focusing on advanced engine disassembly and failure analysis. Bring your mechanical aptitude to Windsor, Ontario, supporting quality improvements through detailed reporting. In this full-time role, you will disassemble returned engines and perform thorough diagnostics to uncover root causes of issues. Collaborating closely with engineering and quality teams, your attention to detail will support ongoing continuous improvement efforts. This position involves installing and instrumenting engines, operating dynamometer test equipment, and delivering comprehensive reports on component wear and defects. Key Responsibilities: Disassemble and inspect engines and powertrains thoroughly Operate advanced dynamometer equipment for testing Utilize diagnostic tools per engineering specifications Perform preventative maintenance on testing equipment Support safety and quality audits and assessments Requirements: College diploma in Automotive or related discipline Licensed Automotive Service Technician (Certificate 310S or 310T) Available for shift work, including evenings 3-5 years of technician experience preferred Fluent English communication skills Leverage your mechanical skills and expertise while contributing to quality and safety improvements at Ford of Canada. #J-18808-Ljbffr
