In this role, you will directly acquire customers by signing them up for the Neo Credit card, the Neo Money account, and other Neo products. As the face of Neo, Sales Representatives earn a guaranteed hourly rate, an uncapped commission for each product a customer opens, and bonuses for exceeding targetspaid semimonthly. Youll be alerted the moment a customer opens a Neo Account using your link, allowing you to track your performance in real time. Earnings Base pay: $20.00 per hour, plus instant commission at the point of sale, and additional performance bonuses. Average ontarget wage: $36/hour.
