As the Print Production Coordinator, you will own the flow of print and document production requests from intake to final output (copying, scanning, digital print, finishing). You will also:Ensure every job meets quality and presentation standards before release.Coordinate timely delivery and pickup of completed work.Support day-to-day print operations and provide backup where needed.Keep production running smoothly by managing inventory and ordering supplies proactively.Track daily production activity and maintain accurate system records.Review and validate external vendor invoices for accuracy.Jump into process improvements and team initiatives as they arise. What you bring to the job You are someone with a sharp eye for detail, layout, and overall presentation. You come with:13 years of hands-on experience in a fast-paced print environmentretail print centres (e.g., Staples), academic print services, or commercial shops like The Printing House or Minuteman Press.Strong working knowledge of digital printing, colour output, and finishing techniques.Comfortable with Adobe tools (InDesign, Acrobat) and print workflow systems.Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines without compromising quality.Clear communicator who works well independently and as part of a team.Practical, solutions-driven mindset with sound judgment and discretion.
