Full-time permanent roleHybrid downtown Toronto JOB DESCRIPTIONInsight Global is seeking a Product Owner (traditional Product Manager-level responsibilities) for a Big 5 banking client. This permanent FTE role focuses on setting product vision, determining KPIs and building the roadmap for a digital banking product, ensuring successful partner and technology integration. You will oversee the end-to-end delivery of a employee-facing AI-driven product: Own the vision, roadmap, delivery and lifecycle of an AI assistant product for frontline users Translate business priorities into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria Prioritize and manage the product backlog, balancing strategic and tactical needs Partner daily with engineering, data science, design, and analytics teams to deliver value Drive stakeholder alignment, product adoption, and usage across the organization Monitor product performance, remove blockers, and continuously improve customer experience Ensure solutions are desirable, viable, scalable, and responsibly built Lead delivery teams on roadmaps, leading agile pods through ceremonies and sprints (backlog refinement, sprint planning and execution). We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 5+ years as a Product Owner / Product Manager owning products endtoend (vision delivery adoption) Strong experience owning and prioritizing a product backlog, writing acceptance criteria, and translating strategy into roadmaps Demonstrated ability to partner with engineering, data science, design, and business stakeholders Experience delivering enterprisescale digital products with clear business outcomes Working knowledge of Generative AI products and datadriven decision making Strong stakeholder management, communication, and decisionmaking skills Experience operating in Agile product delivery environments Previous banking experience NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Direct experience with Conversational AI, chatbots, or AI assistants Experience bringing AI products to market, including adoption, enablement, and change management Experience with responsible AI, model governance, or data ethics AWS Bedrock Previous BMO experienceWe may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position.
