The Client solutions Lead is a high-level strategic role that bridges the gap between complex technology offerings, and the business needs of clients. They act as the primary point of contact, ensuring digital strategies translate into measurable business growth and successful delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of Outcomes solutions to a portfolio of clients and agencies. You will cultivating strong relationships with internal and external clients and optimizing marketing results to client outcomes.The Client Solutions Lead is responsible for driving the end-to-end digital lifecycle for a portfolio of clients. This includes identifying business opportunities, shaping solutions roadmaps, and overseeing the delivery campaigns.About Outcomes Outcomes, a division of the Omnicom Media, collaborate to provide innovative and sustainable digital solutions to clients. OM Outcomes focuses on developing purchasing models that ensure business results while reducing costs and risks, through guaranteed media measurements and transparent investment strategies in digital channels.Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management: Drive overall paid digital (Programmatic & Social) strategy and associated tactics to meet clients goals, collaborating closely with integrated media leads and creative and data teams. Consult, educate and negotiate with clients and agency partners, while highlighting successes along the way with the client and addressing obstacles and opportunities.Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to meet client objectives, leveraging OM strategic solutions for Performance, in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of organization and delivery.Program & Performance Monitoring: Execute and manage the campaigns in marketing, with suite of tools to enhance optimization as well as output reporting requirements for campaigns including post reporting, insights, etc. Extract, interpret and apply insight and actions from data to campaignsCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal/External teams/clients/partners, including sales, product development, and analytics, to ensure seamless execution of client strategies. Market Insights & Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services and offerings across digital, with emphasis on platform, industry, and martech landscape (I.e. CAPI, GMP, etc). Business Development: Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support the pre-sales process by designing solutions that align with client business drivers. WE WANT TO KNOW YOU if you have:Education: Degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.Experience: Experience in client account management, digital platform expertise for large advertisers, with proven examples of strong client relationship management and growth in results. 6+ YearsStrong leadership and communication skills.Deep understanding of media measurements and performance analysis.Ability to develop and implement tactical plans.Experience in risk management and media transparency.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience in platforms such as:Social: Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn,Programmatic: DV, TTD, Amazon DSP, Other DSPs etc.Knowledge of adjacent technologies, including analytics, DSP, ad server, Verification tools, SDK, CDP, DMP, etc.Experience in developing client relationships and understanding their business objectives.Exceptional internal and external communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.Available for limited travel for key client engagements, industry events, and Google meetings.Bilingual (French) is an asset but not required.Omnicom Media is providing the compensation range that the company is willing to pay for this position based on the successful applicants education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities.Salary: $95,000 - $105,000
