Role Description We are seeking a Site Project Manager for a full-time on-site role, located in Toronto, ON. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end project management for design-build workspace environments, including scheduling, coordination, and resource allocation. Responsibilities include monitoring project timelines and budgets, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, managing expediting processes, and supervising site inspections. The Site Project Manager will also liaise with stakeholders, resolve logistics challenges, and ensure project milestones are met efficiently and effectively. Qualifications Strong skills in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and resource managementExperience in Expediting and Expeditor processes to ensure timely delivery of materials and resourcesProficiency in Inspection and maintaining compliance with quality and safety regulationsKnowledge of Logistics Management to oversee supply chain and transportation operationsExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively in a team environmentA degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is an assetFamiliarity with design-build methodologies is a plus
