Located in the beautiful and historic Ralph Connor House, weve been empowering women for over 100 years through advocacy, programming, and shared experiences.Were looking for a highly organized, people-focused Club Coordinator to help bring our space and programs to life.What Youll Do: Youll be at the heart of the clubs daily operations-creating a welcoming environment, supporting events, and keeping everything running smoothly.Create a great member experienceBe the first point of contact for members, guests and inquiriesShare information about the clubs programs and benefitsHelp foster a warm, inclusive, and collaborative atmosphereCoordinate events and activitiesPlan and support club events from start to finishSet up spaces, coordinate food and beverages, and assist during eventsManage registrations, reservations, and catering detailsProvide bar service and handle payments when neededKeep things running smoothlyManage office operations, supplies and schedulingMaintain an up-to-date calendar of events and activitiesSupport communication across staff and committeesFoster a positive collaborative team environmentCare for a historic spaceHelp maintain the safety, cleanliness and functionality of Ralph Connor HouseCoordinate maintenance, repairs, and service providersHandle light housekeeping tasks and supply managementSupport and grow membershipRespond to membership inquiries and provide toursProcess applications and welcome new membersCoordinate renewals and maintain accurate member recordsAssist with member recognition and engagement initiativesWhat You Bring3+ years of experience in administration, hospitality, or similar roleStrong organizational skills and attention to detailA customer-service mindset and excellent communication skillsThe ability to work independently and juggle multiple prioritiesComfort with Microsoft Office; social media skills are a bonusSuccessful completion of Grade 12 or equivalentAsset QualificationsExperience in a club, non-profit, or hospitality settingA valid drivers licenceThe DetailsPart-time hours: 20-25 hours per week including some evenings and weekends6-month term with possibility of extension or switch to indeterminate appointmentWages: $24 per hourA mix of hands-on, active work and administrative tasksMust be comfortable lifting up to 30 lbs and using stairs to move between floors in a historic buildingRequired certifications (or eligibility to obtain)Smart ChoicesFood Handler CertificateVulnerable Persons CheckProficiency in English is essentialMust be legally eligible to work in Canada (documentation may be required at time of offer) Why Join Us?Work in a unique and beautiful historic settingBe part of a supportive and mission-driven communityPlay a meaningful role in bringing people togetherContribute to an organization with a long-standing impactInterested?
