To elevate how we show up around the world, were hiring a Brand Designer who can bring fresh ideas, strong creative instincts and a globally competitive visual point of view.This role is for a designer who loves concepting as much as crafting, and whos energized by the chance to help shape the next chapter of a heritage mountain bike brand. You have a passion for the outdoors, and understand the MTB culture, the community and what makes this space unique.Youll work across brand campaigns, product launches, digital content and race division creative, with space to explore, push ideas forward and bring new life to Norcos visual identity.If youre hungry, collaborative, organized and excited to build something meaningful youll thrive here.What Youll DoCreative DevelopmentLead visual concepting for brand moments, campaigns and key product launchesContribute to the evolution of Norcos visual identity and creative directionDevelop moodboards, concept decks and visual narratives that elevate the brand globallyTranslate strategy and brand positioning into standout creative ideasCreate hero assets, key visuals and high-impact social/digital conceptsDesign ExecutionDesign across digital and print: social, web, campaign assets, launch creative, ads, packaging and event materialsWork with the Creative Lead to turn concepts into scalable toolkitsGuide Production Designer on adaptations, scaling and rolloutContent & ProductionCollaborate with photographers and filmmakers on shootsSupport creative direction on photo/video sets when neededHelp ensure content reflects Norcos brand tone, visual identity and campaign goalsCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Product Marketing, Digital, Sales and Sports MarketingSupport Norco Race Division creative (hero moments, athlete content, race visuals)Bring strong creative thinking to internal briefs and workshopsWhat You BringCreative & Conceptual Strength36 years of design experience, ideally in brand, creative agency or in-house creative rolesA portfolio that shows conceptual thinking, strong visual storytelling and clean executionAbility to turn loose ideas into clear, compelling creative directionsUnderstanding of global brand aesthetics and modern outdoor/sport design trendsDesign CraftSkilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; motion or XD/Figma is a plus)Strong typography, composition, layout and colour senseExperience building campaign creative, key art, or visual identity systemsPhoto/Video & ContentExperience participating in or supporting photo/video shootsAbility to collaborate with content creators, photographers and filmmakersUnderstanding of social-first creative and how content performs across platformsWorking StyleOrganized, detail-oriented and reliable in a fast-moving environmentAble to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesLow-ego collaborator whos open to feedback and excited to iterateCurious, proactive and hungry to grow into a larger creative roleAn appreciation for outdoor culture and mountain biking is a bonus (but not required)What This Role UnlocksThe chance to help build a globally recognized mountain bike brandA seat at the table shaping the look and feel of Norcos next chapterCreative range across brand, digital, product, sports marketing and campaign workCollaborating with athletes, creators and global partnersA clear growth path toward Senior Designer / Associate Creative Director in the futureHow to ApplyPlease submit:Your portfolio (required)ResumeA short note about why you want to shape Norcos creative futureSalary - $70,000-80,000CAD
