Tammy Boyko and Carlan Wilbon with Aplinare currently seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist for an immediate long-term temporary opportunity within the healthcare sector, with strong potential for extension.Responsibilities:Lead organizational change management activities for complex healthcare transformation initiativesConduct stakeholder analysis and organizational readiness assessments to support successful change adoptionDevelop and execute comprehensive change management strategies, plans, and impact assessmentsCreate and deliver communication strategies, key messaging, and communication plans for enterprise-wide initiativesProvide OCM leadership and guidance within healthcare environments, including planning OCM activities and supporting executionMentor and support OCM and communications resources to ensure alignment and consistency in deliveryWork closely with senior leadership to develop strategic communications and provide communications coachingSupport adoption and change activities related to enterprise systems and clinical application implementationsFacilitate engagement and change activities across clinical, operational, and technical stakeholder groupsQualifications:Certification in Organizational Change Management (required)Valid PRINCE2 Foundation level or higher certification (required)Degree, diploma, or certificate in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or related fieldExperience:10+ years of experience as an Organizational Change Management Specialist, including stakeholder analysis and organizational readiness activities10+ years of experience developing communication strategies, plans, and key messaging for large-scale organizational change initiatives6+ years of experience in a healthcare environment in an OCM leadership role, including planning OCM activities and mentoring OCM/communications teams5+ years of experience in healthcare communications leadership, working with senior leadership to develop communication strategies and providing communications coaching2+ years of experience supporting organization-wide SAP implementation or change initiatives2+ years of experience providing OCM support for implementations of the Altera Sunrise suite in a clinical environment1+ year of experience supporting OCM activities related to Lab Orders integration across acute care facilitiesCriminal background check is requiredAt Aplin together with our brands CompuStaff, Impact Recruitment, and Vantix Systems we connect great people with great organizations across North America.
