This is a pivotal leadership role as the organization strengthens operational performance, expands reach, and deepens its contribution to health and safety across British Columbia and Yukon.Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO is accountable for overall strategic, operational, and financial leadership. You will set a clear direction, aligning staff, volunteers, and partners around a shared vision for sustainable growth and service excellence. This includes advancing core business lines such as first aid training and products, while strengthening community programs and volunteer engagement.This role requires a leader who can move between strategy and executiontranslating priorities into focused, achievable plans, ensuring strong performance across distributed operations, and building systems, processes, and culture for long-term success.
