We maintain long-standing partnerships with major Canadian big-box retailers, including established WalMart programs spanning both Domestic and Direct Import operations.We are seeking an experienced WalMart professional to join our team in a key operational role focused on replenishment, inventory performance, and supply chain execution. This position is a replacement hire due to the retirement of a long-tenured team member.Role DescriptionThe Manager, WalMart Replenishment & Supply Chain will be responsible for optimizing in-stock performance, fill rates, and forecast accuracy while managing the end-to-end customer order cycle. This role requires strong Retail Link expertise and a deep understanding of WalMart operational processes.This is a full-time, in-office position reporting to the Director, Business Operations.Key ResponsibilitesOversee the WalMart customer order cycle from placement through delivery.Analyze and improve in-stock levels, fill rates, and forecast performance using Retail Link.Establish and maintain weekly Retail Link POS reporting.Prepare WalMart script orders as required.Coordinate production and pre-production sample submissions to CTL for testing and approvals.Manage e-commerce sample submissions via SAIL Tools (A-Plus / Workhorse).Prepare shipping documentation (Bills of Lading, packing lists, pallet labels) using Walmarts Stride platform.Collaborate with co-packers and transportation partners to ensure PDQ and program compliance.Qualifications5+ years of WalMart Retail Link experience (supplier side preferred)Strong understanding of replenishment, inventory KPIs, and WalMart compliance processesKnowledge of WalMart Direct Import procedures is an assetExperience with SAIL ToolsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelStrong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionallySelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating independentlyWork StructureFull-time, in-office (5 days per week), with a four-figure annual bonus incentive for consistent in-office attendance. Note our commercial office is not accessible by public transit; access to a vehicle is preferred.
