HR Shared Services SpecialistLocation: Waterloo, ON / Richmond Hill, ON (Onsite: four days a week until the end of Aug, 5 days a week effective on Sep 1st)Contract RolePay Range: CAD between 25-30/hrWere hiring an HR Shared Services Specialist to support day-to-day HR operations and drive efficiency in employee transaction processing.Key Responsibilities:Manage HR transactions: onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee changesEnsure accurate and timely data processing in HR systemsSupport payroll (APJ/India), benefits administration, and core HR activitiesCollaborate with HR teams, vendors, and stakeholdersMaintain HR knowledgebase and support process improvementsHandle employee queries and provide first-level issue resolutionRequirements:Experience in HR Shared Services / HR OperationsStrong communication skills (Spanish & Portuguese preferred)Experience with SAP / SuccessFactors (preferred)Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
