Production CoordinatorLocation:Gusto TV Headquarters (Ottawa, ON.)Job Type:Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Production Coordinator to support our production team. This role is central to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations both in the office and on set. Youll work closely with the Production Manager and Head of Production to keep schedules on track, facilitate communication, and manage key logistics.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and distribute call sheets, production schedules, scripts, and revisionsOrganize travel, accommodations, and transportation logisticsMaintain production documents, crew lists, and contact databasesProcess onboarding paperwork, deal memos etc.Support permitting, location coordination, and compliance requirements as neededSupport office operations, including supplies and equipment rentalsAssist with wrap procedures, ensuring necessary documentation is completed, submitted and filedComplete expense reports and tracking of all receipts on an on-going basisWhat Were Looking For13 years of experience in film or television production (or similar role)Strong understanding of on-set operations and production workflowsExceptional organizational and multitasking abilitiesClear and professional communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and production toolsProficiency with AI platformsAbility to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environmentNice to HaveFamiliarity with budgeting and scheduling softwareKnowledge of on-set health and safety protocolsProblem-solving mindset with strong attention to detailSubmit your resume in the form below to apply or email by May 18th 2026The is a full-time position based in Ottawa, Ontario.The role involves lots of tasting, yacking, studio time, and group think, so wed like you to be here in our office.Gusto TV is an international food channel with exceptional production values and sophisticated storytelling.
