Job Title: CyberArk Developer (PAM / SaaS)Location: Brampton, ON (Hybrid)Duration: 612 MonthsExperience Required: 10+ YearsDomain: Cybersecurity Privileged Access Management (PAM)Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled CyberArk Developer to design, develop, and implement Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in CyberArk components, automation, and integrations, along with strong knowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement CyberArk PAM solutions across enterprise environmentsDevelop and customize CyberArk components including:Password Vault Web Access (PVWA)Central Policy Manager (CPM)Privileged Session Manager (PSM / PSM for SSH)Onboard privileged, service, and application accounts across systemsDevelop custom plugins, REST API integrations, and automation scriptsImplement password rotation, credential checkout, and session recordingIntegrate CyberArk with IAM, CIAM, and IGA platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Azure AD, LDAP)Manage PAM lifecycle processes and privileged access workflowsTroubleshoot platform issues and optimize CyberArk performanceParticipate in platform upgrades, patching, and hardening activitiesEnsure alignment with security and compliance frameworks (SOX, ISO 27001, SOC)Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Application teamsCreate technical documentation, onboarding standards, and operational runbooksProvide Level 3 support and mentor junior engineersRequired Skills & QualificationsCyberArk Expertise35 years of hands-on experience with CyberArk PAM solutionsStrong experience with CyberArk Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, and Safe designExperience onboarding privileged accounts across:WindowsUnix/LinuxDatabasesNetwork devicesCloud platformsKnowledge of CyberArk REST APIsProgramming & AutomationStrong scripting experience in:PowerShell (preferred)PythonShell scriptingExperience building automation solutions and custom integrationsKnowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and web servicesSecurity & Infrastructure KnowledgeStrong understanding of PAM concepts:Least privilegeCredential vaultingPrivileged session monitoringExperience with Active Directory, LDAP, Windows, and Unix/Linux environmentsFamiliarity with cloud PAM implementations (AWS, Azure, GCP)Experience10+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, IAM, or PAM engineeringExperience supporting enterprise-scale, regulated environmentsProven ability to independently lead technical implementationsPreferred CertificationsCyberArk Defender / PAM CertificationsCISSP, CISM (nice to have)Cloud certifications (Azure / AWS preferred)
