We care more about how you think, what you value, and how you show up when given responsibility.If that resonates, wed love to hear from you.Postition Overview We are seeking a Product Manager to help lead the next phase of a retail SaaS product currently being developed by Quantum Lead: a jewelry retail app designed to streamline retail workflows.This role sits at the intersection of product development, client delivery, and operational scaling. Youll work directly with leadership, developers, and early customers to help ship features, support customer rollout, gather feedback, and build the internal systems needed to scale the product beyond its alpha group.This is an ideal role for someone who wants real ownership, fast growth, and exposure to both product and business operations. Were looking for someone who is structured, curious, comfortable working through ambiguity, and able to translate real-world retail needs into clear product requirements and practical solutions.Key Responsibilities Product development Translate business and customer needs into clear requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.Work closely with developers and leadership to prioritize features, clarify tradeoffs, and support product decision-making.Support the end-to-end feature lifecycle, from discovery and scoping through release, testing, and iteration.Contribute to roadmap planning based on customer feedback, product priorities, and business needs.Customer roll-out and develiveries Help manage onboarding and rollout of the app to alpha customers.Gather customer feedback and translate it into actionable product insights.Ensure implementations align with real-world jewelry retail workflows, including custom orders, repairs, inventory, customer communication, and operational handoffs.Support customer conversations, training, and follow-up as the product moves toward broader release.Product ScalingSupport the transition from alpha release to general market release.Identify gaps in current processes and help design scalable solutions.Help define what needs to be standardized, automated, documented, or improved as the product grows.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the product can scale without losing usability or customer relevance.Process & InfrastructureHelp build and refine internal systems for delivery, including onboarding flows, implementation tracking, documentation, and customer support processes.Create templates, frameworks, and internal resources to standardize how the product is implemented and maintained.Improve how the team operates as the product grows, with a focus on clarity, repeatability, and strong communication.QualificationsRequired3+ years of experience in product, operations, consulting, client delivery, business analysis, or a similar role.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex or ambiguous problems into structured solutions.Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.Comfort translating customer needs into requirements, workflows, user stories, or implementation plans.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Self-starter mindset, with a willingness to learn, take ownership, and follow through.Ability to work in a fast-moving environment where priorities may evolve as the product and customer base grow.Proficiency in English; French fluency is an asset.PreferredExperience with Shopify, POS systems, retail operations, or inventory/order workflows.Exposure to APIs, data flows, system integrations, or technical product environments.Experience in a startup, agency, consultancy, or product studio environment.Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Asana, Slack, Notion, Linear, Figma, or similar product/project management platforms.Experience supporting customer onboarding, implementation, or product rollout.Interest in retail technology, commerce operations, and SaaS product development.Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
