About the CompanyOur client, a well-established, full-service law firm, is seeking a Corporate Law Clerk to join their team. This role is only 1-2 days in office.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and file corporate documents, including incorporations, amendments, amalgamations, and dissolutionsMaintain and update corporate records and minute booksHandle annual resolutions and corporate filingsAssist with share transactions, reorganizations, and due diligence mattersConduct corporate searches and name reservationsPrepare closing documents and assist with transactional mattersLiaise with lawyers, clients, and third parties to ensure timely completion of workUtilize corporate databases and document management systemsRequirementsLaw Clerk diploma or equivalent experience3+ years of experience as a Corporate Law ClerkStrong knowledge of corporate procedures and applicable legislationExperience maintaining corporate records and minute booksHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCompensation & BenefitsSalary: $85,000Hybrid work model (12 days in office, downtown Toronto)Comprehensive benefits packageSupportive and team-oriented environmentOpportunity to work on a variety of corporate matters within a reputable firmWe do not use AI to screen candidates.
