Job Description:Insight Global is seeking an Industrial Electrician to join one of our large clients in the automotive industry. Electricians are responsible for safely troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment in a fastpaced manufacturing environment. Day to day, this includes responding to equipment breakdowns, performing preventative maintenance, and supporting minor improvement projects across automated and manual processes. The role involves reading and interpreting electrical schematics and prints, basic PLC troubleshooting (Siemens or Allen Bradley), and working with equipment such as stamping presses, robotics, welders, and pneumatic systems. In addition, the Electrician supports continuous improvement initiatives, maintains strong safety standards, and may assist in building new equipment and training apprentices as needed.Must Haves:Certified Electrician 442A or 309A3-5 years Electrician ExperiencePLC Experience/Exposure, Siemens or Allan BradleyExperience with automated and manual manufacturing processesStronge experience troubleshooting, working with schematics and printsNice to Have:Formal apprenticeship / educationAutomotive manufacturingExperience with Stamping, Robotics and Pneumatics preferredCompensation:$95,860-99,860/yearExact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position.
