The organization fosters a positive and collaborative culture, emphasizing employee growth and social responsibility, while offering a hybrid work arrangement with limited additional hours and no weekend work.Key responsibilities and oversight:Oversee financial reporting, management reporting, and statement preparation across multiple business units.Lead management of accounting functions, ensuring compliance with internal controls, risk management, and regulatory standards.Partner with operational teams and senior leadership to develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies.Lead, coach and develop a team of established managers.Support the implementation of best practices in financial controls, compliance, and process optimization.Provide strategic financial insights to guide decision-making and operational initiatives.Contribute to corporate governance and facilitate board reporting and communication.The Company is offering a strong compensation package including an attractive base salary, and annual performance bonus.
