We pursue urban design excellence and are long-term investors in the communities we build.Your New RoleIn this role, you will be reporting to the Senior Manager, Facilities and will be joining a team of Maintenance Technicians to support the day-to-day Operations of Solo District and Madison Centre which are a combined ~300,000 sq ft of commercial and retail space. The ideal candidate will have experience in building maintenance or building operations and be well versed with building systems to ensure efficiency of systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety. What youll need to succeedBCDL Class 5 & ability to provide a clean drivers abstract. Yardi is an asset. Building Maintenance. Commercial & experience Industrial experience is preferred. Knowledge of & experience with building systems including HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, & Plumbing. On call availability. What youll get in returnSalary up to $65,000 experience dependent.
