We serve clients across the globe and take pride in our professionalism and service quality.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: This position will be involved in and assist with various accounting and operational activities including those outlined below:Accounting/Operations Accounts ReceivableProcessing of cash receipts (EFTs, lockbox) to appropriate brokers Review aging report on a weekly basis and follow up on aged items as well as communicate top brokers of interest to leadership teamReview and process unreconciled cash and/or discrepancies on accounts, invoices, statements by working with brokers and production teamReview broker statementsInvestigating/responding to internal/external client queries Assist with and organize electronic communication (general mailbox)Seeking out and following up on missing documentation/informationEnsuring accounting records are complete/accurateProcessing of supplier payablesAssist with client money reconciliationsAssist with claims related payments/processingOther accounting/operations tasks as requiredParticipate in process improvement initiatives and other projects as assignedFinancial Reporting Recording financial transactions (general ledger/journal entries)Assist with preparation of accounting estimates, accruals, etc.Assist with bank reconciliationsAssist with monthly and year-end financial reporting, auditsAssist with preparation/reporting of monthly financial/production metricsIn addition to the above, this role we interact with the H.W.
