Education Consultant (Remote) | ()The Role | We are looking for a self-driven consultant to join our remote team. You will lead the sales cycle, providing professional academic guidance and matching students with our premium services. 101 Academy Responsibilities | Sales & Consultation: Proactively engage with prospective students via WeChat, phone, and Xiaohongshu (RED) to meet sales targets. Academic Advising: Provide expert guidance on course selection and major requirements (e.g., UTSC/UofT curricula) to improve student success. UofT/UTSC GPALead Conversion: Manage the full sales funnel, from lead generation to post-sale support, ensuring high conversion rates. Market Insight: Collaborate with marketing and tutors to provide real-time feedback on industry trends and student needs. Qualifications | Education: Bachelors degree or higher. Canadian University degree is strongly preferred. Language: Native or professional fluency in both Mandarin and English (reading, writing, and speaking). Drive: Strong self-motivation with a goal-oriented mindset; ability to work under pressure during peak academic cycles. Final Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills and passion for the education industry.
