Were working with a well-established manufacturing company in Mississauga thats looking to bring on an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a 4-month contract.This role is a great fit for someone whos comfortable owning the AR process end-to-end and enjoys digging into details, resolving discrepancies, and keeping things moving.Location: Mississauga, ONWork setup: 3 days onsite, 2 days work from homeWhat youll be doing:Handling day-to-day accounts receivable activitiesFollowing up on outstanding invoices and building relationships with customersReconciling accounts and investigating any variancesSupporting month-end close and preparing AR reportsWorking closely with internal teams to ensure billing accuracyWhat were looking for: 4+ years of hands-on AR experienceStrong Excel skills (you should be comfortable with things like VLOOKUPs and pivot tables)Experience in a manufacturing environment is a big plusSomeone whos organized, proactive, and able to manage their workload independentlyThis is a solid opportunity to join a collaborative team and make an immediate impact.Interested?Send your resume to Navneet Kaur at
