Stoney Creek, ON L8E 5E3Employment Type:Full-Time, Contract (8 Months)Hours of Work:Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pmSalary:$65,000 - $69,000 annual salary, total earning potential up to $46,000 for 8 monthsNew Role or Vacancy:New RoleAbout the PositionThe Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and executing marketing initiatives for new home community launches, active sites and ongoing sales efforts, supporting both traditional and digital marketing activities. The position works closely with internal designers, external agencies, media partners, vendors, and sales teams to produce marketing materials, manage timelines, coordinate sales centre presentation, support website, email, social media, SEO, and online listing updates, and ensure brand consistency across all channels.The role also includes obtaining quotes, managing purchase orders and invoices, tracking budgets, monitoring campaign performance, conducting market and competitor research, and providing administrative and operational support to the marketing team.Job ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and execute marketing campaigns for new & Active home community launches and ongoing sales effortsCollaborate closely with internal graphic designers to develop and produce marketing materials across print and digital platformsLiaise with external agencies, media partners, and vendors to manage deliverables, timelines, and quality of workManage project timelines, ensuring all marketing assets and campaigns are completed on scheduleCoordinate the development and production of marketing collateral including brochures, floor plans, site plans, signage, and sales centre materialsSupport digital marketing initiatives including website updates, landing pages, email campaigns, and online listingsAssist in managing and maintaining social media channels, including content coordination, scheduling, and performance trackingSupport SEO and digital optimization efforts, including basic keyword research, content updates, and coordination with digital partnersCoordinate sales centre setup, including displays, signage, and overall presentationObtain quotes, create purchase orders, and manage invoicing for marketing materials, media buys, and vendor servicesTrack marketing budgets and ensure cost efficiency across all initiativesMonitor campaign performance and compile reports with insights and recommendationsConduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, positioning, and opportunities within the new home marketEnsure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materialsProvide administrative and operational support to the marketing team as requiredQualificationsPost-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field24 years of marketing coordination experience, preferably in real estate or homebuildingStrong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM systems, social media platforms, and digital marketing toolsBasic understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing best practicesExperience working with creative teams (in-house or agency) and external vendorsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market researchDetail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in managing budgets, quotes, and invoicingEqual Opportunity EmployerLosani Homes is committed to fostering an inclusive and accessible work environment where all employees and members of the public are treated with respect.
