Job Description: Project Manager High-End Interior Fit-OutsLocation: GTA / OntarioSalary: $100,000 $125,000Project Values: $5M $20MSector: High-End Interior Fit-Outs / Commercial InteriorsAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee high-end interior fit-out projects ranging from $5M to $20M in value. This role is ideal for a construction professional with strong experience managing complex interior projects, maintaining client relationships, coordinating trades, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through closeout while working closely with clients, consultants, site teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesManage high-end interior fit-out projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and execution.Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documentation.Manage RFIs, change orders, submittals, purchase orders, and project reporting.Monitor project financials, including budgets, forecasts, costs, billing, and change management.Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.Identify and resolve project issues proactively.Support site teams to ensure smooth coordination between office and field operations.Manage project closeout, deficiencies, documentation, and final handover.Qualifications5+ years of project management experience within construction.Strong experience managing interior fit-out, commercial interiors, luxury retail, hospitality, corporate office, or high-end renovation projects.Experience managing projects in the $5M $20M range.Strong understanding of construction drawings, contracts, schedules, budgets, and project controls.Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Proficiency with construction management software is considered an asset.Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.CompensationBase salary of $100,000 $125,000Benefits package.Opportunity to work on prestigious, high-end interior projects.Career growth with a reputable and growing construction firm.
