We have strong creative and account teams, and now we're looking for someone to own the performance side a specialist who brings genuine platform depth to a roster of client accounts and whose instincts make the work better.ABOUT THE ROLEYou'll own a set of client accounts posting, community management, performance and you'll do it with more platform depth than most. You understand why content performs or doesn't. You know what the numbers are actually saying. You can spot when something's off and figure out what to do about it. That kind of fluency makes you someone your teammates naturally turn to, and we think that's a good thing.We have strong content creators. What sets this role apart isn't making content it's knowing what to do with it. You bring the platform intelligence, the analytical instinct, and the follow-through that turns good creative into results.WHAT YOU'LL DO:Own day-to-day publishing across your assigned client accounts scheduling, posting, and maintaining a consistent cadence across platformsMonitor channel performance closely tracking what's working, flagging what isn't, and knowing the difference between a blip and a trendOwn audience & performance growth on your accounts you understand the levers (organic, paid, platform mechanics) and you're responsible for setting and meeting goalsManage communities across your accounts monitoring comments, DMs, and mentions, engaging authentically in brand voice, and flagging issues when they ariseTroubleshoot when necessary a drop in reach, an engagement dip, a platform technical issue you investigate and work on the resolution.Use paid boosting as a lever, not just a default, to achieve goals amplifying what the data says is workingStay sharp on platform changes, algorithm updates, and best practices you're the person who already knows when something shiftsBuild and deliver clear performance reports for your accounts actionable takeaways, not just a deck of metricsWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:24 years in social media, ideally with agency or multi-client experienceDeep understanding of how platform algorithms work not just what to post, but why it does or doesn't reachStrong analytical instincts you open the dashboard with curiosity, not obligationCommunity management experience you know how to engage in a brand voice that isn't your own and foster an engaged communityComfortable communicating with your team and contributing to client conversations.Hands-on experience across scheduling, reporting, inbox, and workflow managementExperience with paid boosting via Meta Business SuiteGenuinely plugged in you follow brands, notice what's working in the wild, and bring that outside awareness into everything you do on your accountsA habit of asking why why did this perform, why didn't that, what would change the outcomeToronto-based, available to work on-site as needed for occasional meetings, social shoots, etc.To apply, please provide your resume along with info on your work.
