Youll be working closely with a collaborative, hands-on leadership team that values trust, accountability, and doing things the right way.Your New RoleAs the Property Manager, youll take ownership of a flagship mixed-use residential building and play a key role in shaping the day-to-day experience for residents, staff, and visitors. This is a hands-on, on-site position where youll lead building operations, manage financial performance, and support a dedicated on-site team including maintenance, concierge, and cleaning staff.Youll be involved in everything from budgeting, reporting, and invoice approvals to overseeing building systems, coordinating vendors, and ensuring the property is safe, well-maintained, and running smoothly. Youll also work closely with leasing and marketing teams to foster a strong sense of community through events, communication, and high-touch resident service. Youre RECA licensed, have experience working in Yardi, and are confident with budgeting, reporting, rent collection, and invoice approvals. You understand building systems and life safety, but just as importantly, you enjoy working with people, leading teams, supporting residents, and building strong relationships with contractors and stakeholders. Youre organized, approachable, and known for your professionalism and follow-through.What You Get in ReturnYoull receive a competitive salary of $90,000$100,000, plus a performance-based bonus tied to NOI and vacancy targets.
