The DTF Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining direct-to-film (DTF) machinery, conducting quality control checks, and ensuring the production of high-quality transfers. Day-to-day tasks include setting up and calibrating machines, handling and inspecting materials, troubleshooting equipment, and coordinating with the production team to meet deadlines with precision and efficiency.QualificationsExperience with Machine Operation and proficiency in using DTF machineryFamiliarity with Machinery and Hand Tools for troubleshooting and maintenanceStrong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with the production teamAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentUnderstanding of health and safety standards within a production settingRelevant certifications or prior experience in similar roles are a plusRequirements:Previous experience with DTF printing or similar printing technologies is required
