This position offers broad exposure to large-scale, mixed-use high-rise residential projects across the Greater Toronto Area and direct access to senior leadership from day one.Associates work alongside CentreCourts Partners across the full development lifecycle from acquisitions, zoning approvals and design coordination through sales and marketing, financing, construction, and final condominium closings or rental lease-up. We are looking for confident, self-directed individuals with an ownership mindset people who take initiative, manage complexity, and contribute meaningfully to corporate outcomes while always maintaining a low ego mindset.Key Responsibilities From the outset, the successful candidate will work closely with CentreCourts Partners across a wide range of high-impact initiatives, including:Prepare financial analysis and development pro formas to support decision-making across the full development lifecycle, including acquisitions, rezoning, design development, sales/leasing strategy, pre-construction planning, tendering, and constructionSupport cross-functional execution across Acquisitions, Development, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Construction, and Customer Care to help ensure projects remain aligned, on schedule, and within budgetProactively identify potential risks and issues, escalate appropriately, and contribute to the development and execution of mitigation strategiesSupport the planning and execution of project launches and marketing programs, coordinating consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure readiness and quality of materialsCollaborate closely with the Development & Construction teams to assist with strategic decision-making in respect of design, municipal processes, tendering processes, budgeting updates, schedule tracking, and cost oversightDraft persuasive advocacy and legal agreements and other supporting documentation for review by senior team membersSupport a high level of financial controls and oversee partnership reporting requirements.Apply strong analytical skills and sound judgment to deliver clear, well-supported recommendations to senior leadershipThe role demands an extremely high level of commitment and flexibility, offering in return a uniquely engaging experience and an accelerated professional growth trajectory.The Right CandidateExperience & EducationUndergraduate or graduate degree in Business (e.g., B.
