If that's you, Londonderry Dodge has a seat at the table.We're one of Alberta's most established CDJR dealerships and we're looking for an experienced Specialty Finance Manager who knows how to work the lenders, structure the deals, and get customers into vehicles that other dealerships already told them no on.What you'll be doing:Working exclusively with customers who fall outside of prime credit rebuilds, bruised credit, new to Canada, self-employed, past bankruptcies. Submitting and negotiating with specialty lenders to find the right fit for each file. Structuring deals that work for the customer and the dealership. Collaborating with our sales team to keep the pipeline moving and ensure no deal dies on the desk without a real fight. Following up, following through, and closing.What we're looking for:You've done this before this is not a role we're training someone into. You have hands-on experience in specialty or subprime automotive finance, and you know the lender landscape in Alberta. You understand how to read a bureau, spot what can be worked with, and present a file in the best possible light without misrepresenting it. You're a closer who also happens to be detail-oriented, because in this business, the paperwork matters as much as the handshake. An AMVIC license is required.Our store hours: MondayThursday: 9AM9PM | FridaySaturday: 9AM6PM | Sunday: 11AM5PMFull availability is required. This is shifting work in a 7-day-a-week operation. Weekends are part of the schedule. You will be expected to be on shift 1 hour before store open for morning shifts. You will have a 10 on, 4 off schedules.
