Parts Operations Associate & Inside Sales Heavy-Duty HydraulicsWe are hiring an Inside Sales & Parts Operations Associate to support our heavy-duty truck and hydraulic parts operation. This is a hybrid role, approximately 50% inside sales and customer support and 50% order processing, inventory control, and warehouse operations. Candidates must be comfortable handling heavy parts and operating warehouse equipment.This role supports a parts distribution operation specializing in power take off systems, hydraulic components, and commercial on-highway trucks. This position is based on-site and is not a remote role.Location: 6200 Dixie Road, Mississauga, ONSchedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PMExpected Start Date: 11-05-2026Compensation$55,000 to $70,000 annually, depending on experienceFull-time, 40 hours per weekOpportunity for performance-based bonusOpportunitiesWorking in a start-up environment with significant room for growth and responsibilityActive learning of power take off and hydraulic technical knowledgeBeing at the forefront of electric power take off product developmentCreating and growing a professional network in the heavy trucking industryJob DescriptionProvide excellent customer service by recommending heavy-duty truck, hydraulic, and power take off parts and completing customer ordersEnter customer orders into the computerized system and issue invoicesPurchase and maintain inventory across all product lines within the parts departmentMaintain internal manual or computerized record-keeping systemsDetermine shipping methods and arrange shipments, including preparation of bills of lading, customs forms, invoices, and other shipping documentsAssist with warranty claims and occasional assembly, repair, or service of heavy-duty truck and hydraulic componentsAssemble packages and skids, record contents, pack goods for shipment, and affix shipping instructionsUnpack, code, and route incoming goods to appropriate storage areasOversee loading and unloading of goods from trucks or other conveyancesInspect incoming goods against invoices, record shortages, and reject damaged itemsOperate forklifts, hand trucks, or other equipment to load, unload, transport, and store goodsLift and handle heavy truck and hydraulic parts as requiredRequirementsExperience working in a parts distributor or technical components environment is strongly preferred.Education in mechanical, automotive, or industrial fields is an asset, but hands-on industry experience is equally valuedStrong work ethic, critical thinking skills, and a desire to learn and growTeam-oriented with a strong commitment to customer serviceAbility to manage competing priorities and meet deadlinesStrong computer skillsIf you are a reliable and hardworking individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced and growing company, we want to hear from you.
