Our client, an established and growing General Contractor with a strong presence across Ontario, is looking to bring on a Senior Project Manager to help lead a diverse portfolio of ICI and multifamily residential projects ranging from $5M to $80M+. Their office is based in the Niagara Region, supporting projects across Southwestern Ontario and beyond. With a recent project award in the multifamily space, our client is hiring a wellrounded Senior Project Manager, preferably with highrise and ICI experience to manage this project. About You - Youre an experienced Senior Project Manager with fullcycle project experience and a track record of delivering complex builds successfully - You bring proven experience working with a General Contractor or Construction Manager on comparable ICI and or multifamily residential projects - Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders - A collaborative mindset you know great projects are built by great teams - A high level of motivation and personal drive to succeed - A genuine passion for delivering highquality construction projects - Experience across ICI and multifamily projects About the Job You will take ownership of projects from preconstruction to completion, leading planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution while ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and milestones are consistently met. Your ability to balance bigpicture thinking with attention to detail will be key to your success. Youll collaborate closely with internal teams, consultants, and clients, acting as a trusted leader who drives performance and delivers results.
