This is a high-impact IC role where youll influence architecture, raise engineering standards, and ensure systems are built to scale as the company grows.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys thinking at a system level, challenging decisions, and helping teams move faster without compromising quality.What Youll DoDefine and evolve technical strategy across multiple product teamsReview and influence architecture decisions to ensure scalability and consistencyLead architecture discussions and participate in design reviews across the organizationDrive improvements in engineering standards, design patterns, and code qualityIdentify opportunities to reduce complexity and improve system performanceImprove developer productivity through tooling, automation, and better workflowsSupport teams in making strong technical decisions and tradeoffsPartner with product to assess feasibility and shape technical roadmapsMentor engineers and tech leads on system design and architectural thinkingAct as a bridge between product and engineering to align business and technical goalsWho You Are10+ years of experience in software engineering3+ years in a senior technical leadership or architecture roleStrong experience designing and scaling distributed cloud systemsDeep understanding of modern architectures, APIs, and system designExperience working in SaaS or product-driven environmentsStrong knowledge of CI/CD, testing, and engineering best practicesHands-on enough to challenge technical decisions and guide teamsExperience mentoring engineers and influencing without direct authorityStrong communicator who can simplify complex technical conceptsComfortable operating in environments with multiple teams and stakeholders
