Youll specialize in the fast-growing and highly in-demand Data & AI market, where average fees are significantly higher than in other tech sectors. This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of your desk, build a thriving client base, and establish yourself as a recognized specialist in a high-value market.Working with us you will be responsible for:Managing your own desk leveraging your sales and negotiation expertise to win new business, while developing and maintaining lasting client relationships.Responsible for the full 360 recruitment process, advertising your vacancies, sourcing suitable candidates, and managing the interview and offer process.Establishing yourself as an expert within the Data & AI space, becoming a go-to partner for both clients and candidates.Skills and experience we are looking for from you:Minimum 4 years of experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant (ideally in Technology but open to other sectors) carrying out business development calls in order to win new businessProven billing history within a recruitment business.Drive and enthusiasm to be successful, plus a desire to learn a new industry!Excellent communication and relationship building skills.Who are we?Tenth Revolution Group (TRG) is an award-winning, specialized recruitment agency and talent creation company with deep expertise in cloud technology.
