Shape complex builds with a leading General Contractor in the Niagara Region. This Senior Project Manager role focuses on managing diverse ICI and multi-family projects ranging from $5M to $80M+. Our client is an established General Contractor with a strong Ontario presence. They seek a Senior Project Manager experienced in full-cycle project management, especially in high-rise and ICI projects. You will take charge from pre-construction through completion, ensuring every stakeholder is aligned and milestones are consistently met.
