Job Description:Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Production Support Consultant to support and manage Guidewire PolicyCenter in a production environment. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in incident management, Guidewire configuration, SQL, and P&C insurance domain knowledge to ensure application stability and timely issue resolution.Key Responsibilities:710 years of IT experience with strong background in Guidewire Production Support / Incident ManagementHands-on experience supporting Guidewire PolicyCenter with expertise in Gosu, PCF, RuleSets, Validations, and configurationsLead and manage P1/P2 production incidents, ensuring timely resolution, SLA adherence, and stakeholder communicationStrong SQL skills for data analysis, troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis (RCA)Experience in Property & Casualty insurance with exposure to Commercial Lines and Personal LinesMonitor application health, logs, batch jobs, and system performance to ensure production stabilityCollaborate with Development, QA, Infrastructure, and Business teams for issue resolution and continuous improvementExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments with strong analytical and communication skillsAbout ValueMomentum:ValueMomentum is a leading solutions provider for the global property and casualty insurance industry, supported by deep domain and technology capabilities.
